Why am I getting announcements when someone is at my daughters door and how do i stop them

    Hi @getsy99. Are you a Shared User of your daughter's Ring device? If so, then you can stop the notifications by following these steps: - Open the Ring app. - Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner). - Tap Devices - Select the Ring device you are a Shared User of. - Toggle off Ring Alerts or Motion Alerts.       Sorry for the late reply. We both share my amazon account and I think this is the problem i think she needs to do something from her side as she doesn't get my notifications it just comes on my echo show every time someone is at her door very annoying when I keep going to my door and nobody there

        Hi @getsy99. You likely have your Echo set as an announcement device for her Doorbell, which will need to be toggled off in the Alexa app. Navigate to Devices > All Devices > select her Ring Doorbell > tap Announcement Devices and make sure to unselect your Echo device from the list.
