Hi.. having issue to connect my ring doorbell to echo show.. followed all the instructions as website .. I tried to discover ring in skills from Alexa app but in search results there is no ring skill .. please guide.. thank you

Hi @user210715. You'll want to make sure both the Amazon Alexa app and your phone's software are fully updated. Then try following the steps listed in [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003247146-Integrating-Amazon-Alexa-supported-Devices-with-Ring-Devices) Help Center article to help your Ring devices work with Alexa. If you see any particular error messages in either app, please share those here so I can get a better idea of what you're seeing.
