I'm guessing this is an Integration' question. Have two Schlage Connect locks connected to Smartthings. Want to also add them to Ring, but "Add Device" keeps failing. Is it possible to connect Schlage locks to ST *AND* Ring or only to one of them?

Thanks for the reply. Before I try that again, I need to know if the lock can connect to Ring AND Smartthings at the same time. If not, that is likely my problem.

If your Schlage Connect Smart Deadbolt, Z-Wave Plus Enabled is not connecting to your Ring Alarm, try the following steps: - During your setup, bring the Base Station closer to your smart lock. The Base Station also needs to be plugged into a wall outlet during setup. - Factory reset your Smart Lock and try your setup again.
