Ring Spotlight Cams Freezing LiveView, but Only On Fire TV Cube (Gen3)
I have two Ring Spotlight Cams; one is a regular gen1 Spotlight Cam (Battery), and the other is a Ring Spotlight Cam Pro (Battery). I ended up replacing the old gen1 as part of troubleshooting, but it didn't help. See below for details. For the last five or six months, the Liveview function via Fire TV Cube (Gen3) keeps freezing at different points. The livestream quality is worse than using the Ring app, as well. When I use the Ring app on my phone, it works just fine (regardless of whether I am connected via wireless at home, or on cellular). I've done the following:-Factory reset Ring Spotlight Cam (Gen1)-Connected Fire TV Cube (Gen3) from wireless to ethernet -Factory reset Fire TV Cube (Gen3) -Replaced Spotlight Cam (Gen1) with Spotlight Cam ProNone of these have fixed the issue. I'm confident the issue is solely with the Fire TV Cube itself. There was a very recent update for it, but it didn't resolve the issue. My current Fire TV Cube build data is:Software Version: FireOS XX.XX.XX.XX (PS7673/XXXX) Fire TV Home Version: XXXXLooking for anyone who has experienced the same issue, and to provide visibility on this.

Hi @ZurkeyDurkey. Given that the Live View works fine in the Ring app, you're correct that the issue seems to be isolated to the Fire TV Cube. I'd recommend referencing Amazon's Fire TV support documentation to see if there are any other troubleshooting steps available.
