Ring elite, external door bell quiet anyone found one that works correctly ?

Help! I cannot seem to get my existing or any external door bell wired to the Elite's 2 terminal relay/ switch to work properly. it seems to activate but there doesnt seem to be enough power to make the door bell ding properly.Really grateful if someone could offer me a solution or an idea of a set up that they got working.
