Pre-owned Ring devices

My friend moved from a house to an apartment and gave me several of his cameras that he didn't need. he no longer has an account. can I add pre-owned cameras to my account?

Hi @okko. Yes, you can add them to your account provided that your friend has properly removed them from his account. You can just open up your Ring app and follow the steps to 'Add a Device'. If you run into an issue, you'll need to Transfer Ownership. Let me know if this helps!
