No video showing on my echo show 5

Hi Can someone help me please On my 2 echo show 5 the ring door video is not working, so when I’m saying show the front door it’s saying the camera is not working at the moment but it’s been working on both echoes since set up but stopped work 3 days ago The ring door video works perfect on the mobile phone just not working on the 2 echos and the Alexa app on my phone Thanks Mark

Hi @user35713. I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting steps in [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050373832-What-to-do-if-your-Ring-and-Alexa-Features-Stopped-Working-) Help Center article. In addition, make sure you have the latest version of both the Ring app and the Alexa app, as having an outdated version of either app could cause some performance issues.
