Level Bolt Offline in Ring App
I have a Ring Video Doorbell Pro which is compatible with Level Bolt door lock. When I first install the Level Bolt and connect it to the Ring Application it works remotely. After a day or so, it goes offline and can no longer be controlled by the Ring App. I can continue to control it through the Level App via Bluetooth. It works fine that way. The problem is that this is a second home and I need the ability to control the lock reliably remotely. After many troubleshooting sessions, I've found that by deleting the Lock from the Ring App, resetting the Ring Video Doorbell and removing the battery to the Level Bolt lock and adding it all again I can get it back on-line. The next day its offline and I can never access the lock again from the Ring App even though it works fine with the Level Bolt applicaiton. Anybody have this problem and found a solution? I have firmware version 2.51.1 in the Level Bolt.
