I need a way to active all cameras recordings and lights and sirens

I am having the hardest time finding if Ring actually has a way to active all the camera's recording, lights and sirens at the same time with a panic feature.  I don't want any authorities alerted or anything like that, I just want a simple way to activate everything from my phone, voice command or physical button.  This would be nice to scare people away easily when we need to since authorities don't do anything anymore.
