THi @Calvin\_Yeung. As mentioned above, our email and chat teams have been refocused. We do not have an email to give you. The only method of support we have during COVID-19, is phone support. Once you've been directed to the team that can assist you, they will more than likely send you an email, which you'll be able to use as a line of communication. But, you have to call our support first, as there is no direct email support at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

TWat een slecht iets dat er geen mail contact mogelijk isIk wil ook wel een mail adres waar ik mijn officiële klacht kan neerleggen.Mijn doorbell pro is gegeblocked en heb nu zelfs bij de detaillist een kopy bon gehaald van mijn zoek geraakte bon.Zelfs hiermee wil ring mijn deurbel niet vrijgeven.En beschuldigt Ring dat de gamma zich met criminele activiteiten bezig te houden door ring bellen van een 3de partij te verkopen.Ik heb een ring pro gekocht met korting omdat de doos al geopend was.Een detaillist kan in de winkel niet controleren of een klant die deze bel terug brengt (om welke reden dan ook) al geregistreerd heeft gehad (Wat waarschijnlijk gebeurd is)Ik heb nu een nieuwe bel in de doos met een copy van mijn transactie aankoop van ruim €200 waar ik niets aan heb omdat Ring het vertikt de bel vrij te geven.Echt belachelijk. Ik stap naar elke instantie die hier iets mee kan geschillencommissie, TROS radar en consumenten bond.Wat een kut bedrijf
