Echo show not getting press announcement from ring doorbell

Hi,Just got my echo show 5 gen2 and ring doorbell 4.All functions on Alexa for the ring doorbell are working except the press announcement.I had tried to deactivate and activate the ring skill ( more than 10 time)And also reseting the echo show 5 gen 2.Please advise me who to do next. Or the doorbell is faulty?Thank you very much.
