Echo devices no longer ringing

I’ve had my Ring doorbell connected to multiple Echo devices (Echo Show, Dots, Fire TVs… 12 devices in total) for a few years without issue. Recently (maybe the last few weeks), none of the these devices ring when the doorbell button is depressed. My phone rings. All 12 devices are listed as “Announcement devices” in the Alexa app I can use features like Live view from my Echo Show. I’ve tried removing and re-adding the devices under the “Announcement Devices”, but it’s still not working. Any ideas?

Hi @user81856. First and foremost, ensure both the Ring and Alexa apps are updated to the latest versions available, and check if your Echo devices need any firmware updates. Verify that your Ring and Amazon accounts are properly linked. Lastly, unlearn the Ring Skill in the Alexa app and relearn it. Since we’re working with a large number of devices here, it may be helpful to try and troubleshoot one at a time. After doing the above, set up only one Echo device as an Announcement Device for your Ring Doorbell. Make sure the Do Not Disturb feature is off. Test it out by ringing the Doorbell or triggering a motion event to see if the Echo device plays the notification. Let me know if the issue appears to be affecting all Echo devices, or only some.
