Basic plan & Alerts

I bought Ring Doorbell Wired last year and signed up for Home Basic When a guest rings the doorbell, I don't get an alert on my phone, so I don't know if a guest has arrived. Please tell me what the "Person & Package Alerts" feature is in the Basic plan. If this basic feature of the doorbell (phone alerts) is not provided, I want to cancel my Basic subscription. I would like a refund for the subscription fee. I don't want to pay $100 every year for the Standard plan. I plan to remove Ring Doorbell and use another company's product. I would appreciate it if you could let me know your results.
