Apple Watch stopping sound on notifications

Hello! So I’ve had a door bell for 6 months with no issues, and still no issues. Recently had a someone break into my garage and steal so bought a wireless stick up camera, and my Apple Watch is blocking the sound notifications coming from the camera, the physical notification comes up but no audio, but once I turn the notifications off on my watch the audio works, is there any fix for this? I appreciate it’s not the end of the world but it’s annoying. All sound is on, my doorbell works fine on both watch and phone. Thanks!
