Amazon Alexa shows only top half of video feed

When Alexa displays the video feed from the pro 2 doorbell on my LG smart TV, it only displays the top half of the video feed. There does not appear to be a way to scroll down to see the bottom half, or display the whole image. I can only identify visitors if they are tall.

Hi @ringo_dar. LG smart TVs are not an officially supported integration by Ring. You can try some basic troubleshooting steps, such as unlearning the Ring skill in the Alexa app and relearning it before trying to pull up the Live View on your LG smart TV again. I'd also recommend ensuring all of your devices are fully updated as well.
