Alex and ring interaction

Hello my ring camras struggle to come up and I’m wanting to address this after like 7 years of it being a problem with Alexa plue coming out and the commercial showing that Alexa can check the cameras I wanna make sure that I’m integrated into the Ring atmosphere correctly especially my doorbell struggles to come up is there a particular protocol I mean I’ve tried different Internet connections I’m a retired AT&T Prem Tech all I did was install Internet for 15 years I’ve tried every protocol it just seems like you guys struggle especially with my eufy cameras my eufy cameras like will come up just a toss of a coin if it’s gonna come up Also my I pad has a short cut to one of my camras and that comes up every time how do I duplicate this I have no idea how it go there
