A19 Ring Smart LED Bulb won't stay on
a19-smart-led-bulb

My A19 Ring Smart LED Lightbulbs added correctly and I can control them with Alexa commands. However when they are turned on by my Ring Motion Sensor (or other ZigBee motion sensor), also defined to Alexa, they immediately turn off. They are only on a few seconds. Has anyone else had this issue? Thank you for any assistance.

Hi @WeillRM. I would try disabling the Ring Skill in the Alexa App, and then re-enable it. Once you've done that, try creating the Routine again to see if it stays on. If this doesn't work, I would reach out to our support team to investigate this for you. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.

Thank you for your reply. Disabling and re-enabling the Ring Skill in the Alexa App did not correct the issue. They sometimes stay on but mostly turn right back off. Too intermittent to be of use.
