HOME & AWAY on Dashboards

I purchased a basic plan on 6/4/24 , which expires on 6/24/25. A feature on the basic plan was that when I left my apartment I could put the device in AWAY position and when I returned home in HOME position. This feature disappeared from my dashboard and I could not access MODES to reinstate it.I spoke to a techie at Ring and he told me my plan no longer has these feature in it, although he would try and have it reinstated.When I bought the plan it was a contract for one year with the HOME and AWAY feature included. As you have decided to eliminate this feature from the basic plan, I would expect to be grandfathered in with Home and Away until my contract with you expires in 6/24/25.
