Account access after death
My father just passed away. My stepmother is trying to manage his accounts. She doesn't have access to his Ring account and so her ability to manage the Ring device at their home is limited. Who can she contact to gain access to his Ring account? She already tried Amazon customer service and they were not able to help her. Who can I refer her to so that she can get this resolved? Thanks in advance.

hopefully she doesn't need to close the account! i am running into this issue also and they say automatic billing will just continue and need to deal with the financial institution. A deatch certificate does not suffice in order to cancel coverage.
