Solar Steplight will not connect to bridge
I am experiencing an issue with a solar steplight connecting to my bridge (by not doing so). I have made multiple attempts by my bridge will not connect to my solar steplight. I have verified the bridge is up and running and all other smartlights are working as they should. I am far below the number of maximum bridge devices (of 50) with only 7 assigned. The error that I get on my iPhone says, "Your Solar Steplight could not connect to your Bridge". Interesting to note is that any movement is detected by Solar Steplight and turns on (as it is supposed to do). W

Hi there, @Jerry! The best method for setting up a Smart Lighting device is to ensure the Smart Lighting Bridge is nearby and the battery on the Step Light are fully charged. As motion is triggering the lights on your Steplight, this is a great sign that battery is sufficient. Next, please reboot your Iphone (power off, then back on) and also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on the mobile device.
