Motion detection flood light just stays on
I just installed a new floodlight camera. The lights just turn on and don’t shut off. Help!

Try power cycling your Ring Smart lighting device by powering it down for a few moments, then power it back up. Once it reconnects, test the lights and check your light settings. Same! It’s very frustrating no matter what I do they flip back on unless I turn off the Motion ability then it makes my lights useless
