Test failure with Fermax 3391 using Ring Intercom
Hi everyone,I bought a Ring Intercom 3 days ago. I connected the intercom to my Fermax 3391 following the instructions (I’ve checked before, that model is fully compatible).Once Ring Intercom is connected to Fermax and connected to WiFI, application asks to do a “test”. I can’t finish this test and it stucks in a loop in the last part when tries to detect the “signal”. I explain step by step:I press the button when wizard saids. The music sounds (so this part OK).Then press the button again to detect the signal.I press the button… it gets stucked for a moment and after that door entry is opened by ring intercom BUT it goes again to the 1st step of the wizard So i can’t finish the test and Ring Intercom is not working. Can anyone help me?I’ve checked connections twice and all is fine. Indeed, the music sounds OK and the door can be open, but is unable to detect the signal. Thanks!

Hi @luthak. Welcome to the Ring Community! We’d be happy to take a closer look at this with you. Our team will then be able to investigate this further. We look forward to hearing back from you.
