Ring intercom no audio from externsl

Good morning, I connected the ring intercom to an Italian intercom LT TERRANEO 600ws. It works the call, door opening, notification, and I can talk from my cell phone to the outside seat, but I can’t hear the external microphone. You can hear a looping noise. The links are correct. Does the A4 wire have to stay free?
