Ring intercom issues on Comelit 2738W

Question

Hi, I am having some issues getting my Ring Intercom work with the Comelit 2738w intercom (I know this intercom uses SimpleBus2). Well by connecting it, I can open the door and hear who is talking to me, but on the other side they can't hear me. I have already checked the connection of the wires several times. What can I do?
