Ring intercom - Entrotec ED3 Error

I bought a ring intercom as it was confirmed compatible with the Entrotec ED3 in my flat I am unable to complete the installation of the device as it gives the following error  “ Wiring Issue. Unable to detect incoming call. There may be a problem with the wiring. Code: P16-160 Things to Check Check if Front Entrance is in WiFi range Check if your mobile device has good internet connectivity I have called support multiple times, send the answers and pictures requested but there is no assistance
