Add Aparment doorbell

Hello dear community. I’m desperately trying to figure out with support how to add doorbell ringing notification at the apartment door. I have a Ritto 7630/x0, the doorbell at the main entrance, the intercom, and the door opening all work flawlessly. However, when someone rings the doorbell at my apartment door, there’s no notification, and the Ring system doesn’t pick it up. My question is whether it’s possible to enable this functionality. The support keeps assuming that the Ring system is not working, but it is; it just doesn’t detect the doorbell ringing at the apartment door. Can you please help?
