Ring Mode change notifications not working

I no longer receive a notification when Ring changes mode. This was working until a few days ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and checked permissions for notifications in Android settings. I get notifications for other events, such as motion detection: it is only the mode change notification that no longer works. The is no relevant setting in the Ring app for me to change. Can this be fixed, please?

    Hi @user_9d9daf. I have addressed a similar concern in this thread. If you've already tried the suggestions in that thread, and you're still not receiving notifications, please get in touch with our support team. They can gather the necessary information to investigate further.

        Have the same problem. RING chat unable to help. Said you have to ring. If we're all having the same issue from beginning of August then it sounds more like a update issue. I can no longer see the Alert settings under settings anymore. It was useful feature as it let me know when people were back in the house or when they left.

          I just spent 20 minutes with a Ring support supervisor expressing my frustration and disappointment with the modes features being removed from the basic plan. This was an important feature unilaterally remove by Ring.  In addition, I paid for a 1 yr basic subscription which included this feature.  Now it’s no longer part of the basic plan.  Corporate “bait and switch.”  Supervisor was understanding, but unwilling to push my call to the corporate level.   Removing that feature is nonsense!   As you said, it is a popular feature that most everyone uses. Just another example of corporate greed. SMH I hope many other users loudly complain about the removal of this feature. If you’re reading this, please call and complain to a supervisor. Maybe we can get the feature restored until our annual subscription expires.  If this doesn’t happen, they will lose me as a customer, since moving up to the next plan makes no financial sense to me. I only own 1 doorbell. I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to file a complaint. I urge others to follow suit.
