How do I turn off the critical alarm ? ive tried to do what google is saying but alarm settings don’t show

Hi @user_ba8fb5. Are you referring to the Critical Alerts for Ring Alarm? Tap the menu in the top left of the Ring app, select Settings > Alert Settings > Alarm > Push. This where you can control which push notifications you do and don't want to receive on your phone. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available from the app store.
