Hi Good Morning, I have just bought a new ring doorbell and tried to sign in however it keeps sending me to a webpage saying not acceptable so i can’t sign in or doing anything with the blooming thing, even when i go to the help page on here its sends me to the same thing that says not acceptable. Can anyone help please as this is rather annoying

    Hi @user_0e60e7. Do you have a VPN installed on your phone? The Ring app isn't compatible with the use of a VPN, so it can cause error messages like this when you try to log into the app. Turning off your VPN should resolve this issue.
