Video Doorbell 2 - Battery fault?

Hi My video doorbell 2 removable battery has been on charge all day, but for some reason is only showing the orange light. I’ve never had this before - can anyone advise whether this is a fault with the battery? Thanks

Hi @user69899. Try removing the charging cable and plugging it into a different power outlet, then plug it back into the battery. You should see a solid orange and green LED lit when the battery is charging, and only a solid green LED once it's done charging.
