Smart responses ring doorbell 2nd gen
troubleshooting
Hi, at Christmas I switched on smart responses on my ring doorbell 2nd generation, so that the grinch answers. Now when I switch it off it shows as being off, the next day it is back on. It doesn't matter how many times I turn this off it still switches back on the day after. Can anyone help me to turn off and keep it switched off?Thanks

Hi @user_f2a72a. Try rebooting the Ring Doorbell using the reboot option on the Device Health page. After the reboot is complete, turn the Quick Replies feature off.
