Security Screws

I need some security screws for the battery cover in my Ring Doorbell 4. The screws are so small I find it difficult to handle them and I've just lost my second screw and the cover is now just clipped on insecurely!!! My hands are size XXL and the screws are size XXS!! Ring tell be that they are out of stock (and I'd have to buy a full installation pack just to get TWO security screws!!!) I don't trust ANY of those sellers on Amazon or ebay as there are far too many negative feedbacks about the items not fitting and even ruining the thread! Where can I get some replacements GUARANTEED to fit?
