RING GEN 2 HARDWIRE DOORBELL
I updated firmware on my router and the ring doorbell wouldn't connect back to the network. I tried deactivating it to get past having to remove it from the wall but couldn't find how to reactivate. I then removed the doorbell from my app in hopes of using the QR code on the box. It still wants me to press the button on the back of the unit which is hardwired and mounted to the wall to get the white circle spinning. Theres gota be an easier way to reconnect to wil fi without having to remove the unit from the wall to get to a silly button.

Hi @user73029. There is no option to reactivate a device after you have deactivated it. You will need to walk through the setup process again, which does involve accessing the setup button on your device. For the Video Doorbell 2nd Gen, this is on the back of the doorbell.
