Ring Doorbell
My son hasn't been picked up twice this week when coming into our house after a night out. Every other event is there but him entering the house, I can see my younger son coming and going throughout the day and passers by being picked up but not my son. He is a shared user only. Any ideas how he is doing this so that I can't tell what time he's come home

In theory no, but I checked and my partner's Shared User account can delete videos, I've just done it! It's either that or he's sneaking in slowly so the bell isn't detecting movement. Or he's deleting video from a different device, like a laptop by signing in on the web app ( account.ring.com ) . Especially easy if the username and password is set up on the laptop and saved. Of course he may just know your username and password! Or he's just sneaky!

He's likely deleting the footage out of Event History. Remove him as a Shared User and change the password for something not easily guessed! There's no other way of controlling this.
