My doorbell is constantly offline I have to keep taking it off the wall mount plugging it in and then it reconnects for couple of hours and does the same things again it's been happening for over 2 weeks now the internet has been fine and the battery is charged I use this for safety and lately I don't feel safe because it's never works I've never had any issues until 2 weeks ago

Hi @user_56818a. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app? This gives us an indication of how strong the wifi signal to your Doorbell is. A weak or unstable signal can result in the Doorbell disconnecting from wifi, such as what you're experiencing.
