My Ring speaker has failed after three years.

My Ring Pro doorbell is out of warranty. The bellpush speaker has failed and customer services are telling me that under warranty they could have supplied a new bellpush free of charge. I asked to buy a new bellpush but they won’t supply it on its own; I have to spend £200 for a complete system. I won’t need the power supply, so it seems very wasteful (and costly). Why can’t I just replace the speaker? Three years usage doesn’t seem good value!
