I have had a problem with my new doorbell. It was an upgrade to a newer one. But the newer one keeps detecting cars and pedestrians. I have changed the motion zone to literally outside my front door but it does nothing. I’m being very frustrated as I’m receiving tens of notifications an hour. I only want to know if they come into our property.

Smart alerts is on and motion sensitivity is the lowest it can be.

Hi @baileysqueen. I would also recommend checking to make sure you have enabled Smart Alerts and setting it up to detect and record people only. You also want to lower your Motion Sensitivity. I hope this helps.
