I need my front door ring to work. I need it fixed ASAP. How do I watch my house if it keeps saying it needs charged after I charge it!!! I need customer service to call and fix this ASAP.
Hi @Jendawn. If your Doorbell experiences a large number of dings, motions, and Live Views, the battery may drain more quickly than normal.
