Doorbell4 missing motion

I have a doorbell4 I’ve changed all the settings but the camera is still missing movement and incidents compared with my neighbours camera and I’ve maximised the sensitivity, does anyone have any ideas, or an email address for ring U.K.? I don’t want to have to ring them. Thanks

The Video Doorbell 4 is designed to detect and alert you to visitors at your door.
