Doorbell rings outside but not inside

Our Ring doorbell rings outside and we get an alert on our mobiles and on the inside chime, but just as if someone had walked by, we used to get a definite ring indoors to notify someone was at the door. Gone through health etc on the app and the battery is showing as fully charged. Any ideas? Thanks, Tina
