Doorbell not responding
After a Samsung update (8.may 2025) on my S23 Galaxy phone, the Ring doorbell (2nd gen) is sometimes not responding. Does anyone have a solution for this? Android 15. Samsung One UI version 7.

Hi @user_e999a3. When you say "not responding", does this mean you're unable to Live View? Or is there another issue, such as Motion Detection, that you're having? What is the RSSI for you device? This information is found in the Device Health menu and will help us troubleshoot this concern.
