Door Bell battery
Door bell died all of a sudden. I fully recharged the battery and it worked for a short time.I then seen all the blue lights flashing before it died again. I tried support, but the line keeps dropping. Is the battery dead?Does support cover for battery replacement- if it is the battery at fault?Don't want to replace the battery just yet, incase it is the doorbell.

Hi @user_782973. Try factory resetting your Doorbell as well to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
