Broken phone and camera asking permission from old phone

Hello I have recently broken my phone beyond repair so I have had to get another. Anyway after downloading the ring doorbell app and re logging in with my account it’s telling me that I have to wait 14 days for my old phone to give permission. As you can imagine I am frustrated as I know it ain’t possible to do that from that phone. Can anyone help me please

Hi @user_5dcfe9. It sounds like you did not log into the correct account where you originally set up your Ring device. That's why your getting a message about waiting 14 days for a transfer. I suggest giving our support team a call to assist you with this concern.
