Wired ring doorbell offline

My ring doorbell/camera is showing as off-line in the app. WiFi is working, tried the orange button and blue light is constantly on. Not sure what else to try. Any suggestions?

Hi @user_a82c40. If you're unable to get the Ring Doorbell connected by following the reconnection steps in the Ring app, you can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, walk through a new setup using the steps under Set Up a Device.
