Video doorbell 2nd generation not powering on

I have a Ring Video Doorbl 2nd generation that has been working fine up until 2 days ago. The battery died and I have fully charged the device, but it does not power back on despite being fully charged. I have tried both pressing and pressing and holding the orange button on the back, but nothing happens. I have tried doing this while on battery and while plugged in but nothing happens. The lights turn on while it is charging, but nothing else is working
