Solid blue light on Ring 2 doorbell, for 4? 5? mins after viewed on Alexa

If the doorbell is pressed - and then the camera is viewed on Alexa - a solid blue light shows on the doorbell. This solid blue light remains for a good few mins - even after disconnecting the view on the Alexa. During this time, the doorbell isn't usable (so for example, if a second delivery was to arrive in those few mins, the doorbell doesn't work if pressed). After a few mins, the blue light disappears, and the doorbell then works again. If the camera is viewed through the phone app, the blue light stays on for very little time after the disconnection. Does anyone know if it is it normal for the blue light to stay on so long after viewing via Alexa ? Thanks
