Ring won't connect to Wi-Fi

Hi! I tried to connect my ring camera to my wifi. I had to call to get my wifi separated from 2.4 and 5 HGz. I yet could not get it to connect to my Wi-Fi. I have tried everything I could think of and what YouTube gave me. I even called the Ring customer service and they were close to no help at all. What should I do?

Hi @user_ec6cd4. Which model of Ring Security Camera is this? Also, what happens when you try to complete the setup process in the Ring app? Do you receive a specific error message, or see a light pattern on the camera itself? This can help tell us why the camera's setup is failing.
