Ring pro power issue
my ring doorbell pro is not turning on when connected to ring ac adapter. when i connect it using usb cable, the blue light spins and then solid white light. but then it turns off and this cycle repeats again and again. what should i do. the ac adapter is giving correct voltage (26VAC) as tested by multimeter. any suggestions
