Ring Peephole camera

my ring people camera showing an RSSI of -47 which supposedly is a good connection.it also shows that it's online. The battery is at 99%  If you ring the ring doorbell from the outside it does go off and it notifies me by phone.  If I try to select the live it gives me an error that it cannot connect if you ring the ring it will work but when I try to go to live view it it says "couldn't connect" it is connected to my Xfinity Gateway and shows that it is online  Xfinity shows that has a strong connection
