Ring Video Doorbell
Ring footage missing.
Both of my ring cameras have no footage at all from 11/09/2024-12/29/2024. during this time I was looking at live views and events. Now its showing nothing at all. We had no lapse in our subscription and wifi was fine obviously as i was able to look at stuff during that period of time. Recently discovered things were stolen from my garage as I thought my mom moved them to the shed but in reality it was stolen. i went back to check and all that footage is missing.

OMG...I have the same issue except my missing footage is from 07/11/2024 to 10/13/2024 from all 5 of my cameras. Reps from Ring (Ermi and her Supervisor Maurie) tried to tell me that I deleted 3 months of footage myself from all 5 of my cameras. Hindsight is 20/20...it didn't dawn on me when I got an email from Ring on 10/13/2024 stating my subscription is coming up for renewal; then to see that all footage is missing up until 10/13/2024. My review is set for 180 days since 11/09/2023. They tried to tell me maybe I had it set for 1, 3, or 7 days but in that case I would not be seeing footage for 10/14/2024. If there are more people experiencing this issue, I pray they speak up so Ring can't blame it on the customer.

Hi @user_4b9293. What is the Video Storage Time that you have selected? With an active Ring Home Plan, your videos should save as long as they are enabled to.
